in order to make sure this new build could stand next to the beautiful antique vanity, it was trimmed to the nines.
Dovetails that stood the test of time…
In order to make this dresser function as a bathroom vanity, I had to take the drawers apart and cut them to make room for the new drop in sink. It was important to keep as much of the original as possible & luckily(and carefully) I was able to reuse these hand cut dovetails.
